Our Website Design services are fluid and follow a robust route from start to end.
1. Initial enquiry - first contact is made, usually by phone. This is to get to know a bit about you and your business, and your needs. From this, we will usually provide a quotation by email.
2. Consultation - once you have appointed us, and any payments are made/invoices provided, we would then agree upon a consultation either face to face or over a video/phone call. This goes into a lot more depth and focus regarding your branding, target market and how/where you want to have visibility online.
3. Draft - the initial site is then built on a temporary domain for you to view. Once you've taken a look, we'll discuss any necessary tweaks and then look to set a go live date.
4. Go-live! Your site will be published and sent to google for indexing (takes a couple of weeks usually, but can take up to 8 weeks). After that, we will provide you with all login info and any further details if you have chosen to self-manage your site after your initial build. If you'd rather have us do any ongoing work/tweaks, discuss this with us and we can implement a fully managed solution for you.
5. Check-in - In between 4-6 months after your build, we'll conduct a courtesy call, part of this is checking you've seen a return on investment and also if you've had any feedback regarding your website. After this, remember, we're only a call away if there's anything you need!
Our Social Media services work in two ways..
1. Brand New Business Pages - we build your Social Media pages from scratch, and launch them out to your customers
2. Existing business pages - we log in and assess the health and focus of your pages and who they're trying to reach. We then discuss any tweaks/changes that need to be made and why, then we get right to it after a brief consultation on cost and work.
Once that stage is complete, we would then discuss with you if you would like us to focus on specific targeted ad campaigns, meaning it may be possible to put, let's say, 'ABC Roofing Ltd's' Facebook page in front of anyone who has searched for or has asked for roofer recommendations in a specific geographical area.
We would, of course, consult at this point and look at length of time to run the ad, and any costs associated with it.
